Join us for an in-person journey to reclaim your well-being during a volatile divorce.

Experience the power of community while taking our signature course, “Navigating A Volatile Divorce”.

Your instructor will guide you through valuable course content while weaving in dedicated moments for reflection, self-care, and renewal.

You will learn tangible techniques for dealing with the volatile circumstances of your divorce and have time to practice those skills.

Special time is set aside for you to select a few self care practices. These will help you stay grounded. This time can be used for journaling in your coulda, shoulda, woulda journal, guided meditation, yoga, or other restorative activities.

By the end of the course you will leave informed, refreshed and empowered. Experience the power of community while taking our signature course, “Navigating A Volatile Divorce”.

This is your experience. Rest assured, you will not be asked to contribute or put on the spot during this course. Some people want to talk and socialize while attending. Many others want to be quiet and have time to process the material and relax. Join us, you are welcome here and understood here.

  1. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and given your signature blue socks and course workbook.

  2. Select an open seat and make yourself comfortable.

  3. Your instructor will present the 4 modules of the course.

  4. You will have breaks between each module to refresh your beverage, process the information and to take advantage of the numerous self care activities we have provided.
